Specifically, this Shipping and Delivery policy outlines how The Pocket Labs processes physical hardware.
Additionally, it explains how we ship and deliver robotics kits to customers.
1. Order Processing Times
All our products undergo manual bench-testing before dispatch to ensure quality and reliability for competitive robotics.
Moreover, please permit 1–2 business days for processing and testing after you receive the order confirmation.
This excludes Sundays and holidays.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Locations & Estimates
We currently offer Shipping and Delivery across all standard serviceable pin codes in India. Additionally, estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 – 5 business days
- Tier 2, Tier 3 & Remote Areas: 5 – 7 business days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, logistical carrier constraints, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed accurately at checkout before payment. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on specific hardware kits or total order values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our Jaipur facility, you will receive an email notification that includes your courier tracking number and a secure link to monitor the status of your package. You can access it from any device and without revealing sensitive details.
Additionally, the Shipping and Delivery information appears in the notification, along with updates on the package’s current location and the estimated delivery window. It also explains any delays, if applicable, and provides a direct link to contact support for assistance.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we solely ship within India. We do not offer international shipping for our physical hardware products.
